LOOVENS SET FOR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DEBUT

ALL THE 2's - 22

He may have scored just 3 times in 113 outings for Cardiff City but midweek saw Glenn Loovens net in only his 2nd match for Celtic during a Scottish League Cup win at Kilmarnock.

Loovens has had to bide his time with The Hoops playing only when injury or suspension permits. He made a debut last month but is now on a mini run with regular centre half Gary Caldwell suspended for a straight red card. Having won that cup game following a good win last weekend in SPL, Loovens has impressed both times and today faces Aberdeen knowing that another stromng display gives him every chance of inclusion in Celtic's Champions League opener at Villareal in Spain next Tuesday.

Here Glenn gives his thoughts about this and talks about watching Celtic while a City player last season.

Loovens has chance to stake a claim for European inclusion
