COOPER FLATTERED BY CITY INTEREST BUT DAVE JONES CALLS OFF THE CHASE

The more I have followed this story, the more it's been apparent that Kenny Cooper never wanted to come to Ninian Park and possibly used Cardiff City either as a mean to a "bigger" club in Europe or a better deal to stay at home.

In the end, the latter won the day with MLS side FC Dallas declining all offers but forced to give their man a substantial pay rise.

However that doesn't mean Cooper is settled as he has since inidicated that he'd look to look at Europe in January which is MLS off season. Stranger things have happened but it doesn't appear as though City will look at him then.
