HA HA HA, HEE HEE HEE, LEEDS ARE STAYING DOWN IN DIVISION THREE

After the extreme joy of watching Squeaky (Lee Trundle) and Bristol City lose their play-off final yesterday, life got even sweeter when we've been treated to Leeds United doing likewise today. The best bit, of course, watching them crying. Shame!

It was still tough watching Hull go up to the Premiership - they beat the Wurzles 1-0 with a belter by 39 yr old veteran Dean Windass - when you realise they only got 1 point out of 6 against Cardiff City and were second best on both occasions.

LUFC's bid to return to the Championship was ruined by a better team on the day in Doncaster Rovers reaching the Championship level for the first time in 50 years and completing three promotions from the Conference to the 2nd tier in 5 remarkable years. Their scorer in a 1-0 victory was one-time City target James Hayter.

Lovely aye!
