AARON RAMSEY - Contenders, are you ready???

Going, Going ... ... ... Gone???

If you thought you heard rumbles of thunder around South Wales yesterday, you were wrong. It was actually the noise of Cardiff City supremo Peter Risdale rubbing his hands in glee as Arsenal joined what is fast being viewed as a race for the inevitable departure of Aaron Ramsey but where is his train heading?

Rumours are that Manchester United are willing to pay between £5M and £10M (depending on which newspaper you read which day), part of that deal including a United player or two coming on loan to City and they would also allow Ramsey to stay at Ninian Park on loan next season. That would appear to be great business for City, a brilliant move for Ramsey and something that would appease fans too.

However, news now emerges that Arsene Wenger is ready to make a move too but offering a deal to prise Rambo to New Emirates Stadium immediately in the belief that he could enter the first team fray next season ... the small print likely being that it would be in the Carling Cup when Arsenal field kid sides.

Either way, if those tow go head to head, Ridders knows he should get the very best price possible ... which appears to be when City sell, not if City sell.
