CARDIFF CITY are being linked with Stockport County's forward Anthony Pilkington after suggestions that Dave Jones has made a bid for the player with the club where he started his managerial career.Pilkington, 20 this summer, has made an impact on the North West scoring 16 goals in 63 starts + 14 sub league outings for the Manchester based club. He has been a regular this season netting 6 goals but 3 have come in his last 2 games as the League One side currently stand in 7th spot and on the verge of the play-off race for the Championship
