Another powerhouse performance by Wales Under 21’s grabbing a 4-0 win in Malta when it was 0-0 after an hour has taken our boys top of the group looking down on France and Romania with qualification for the European Under 21 finals entirely in our hands.
A Ched Evans double, Simon Church and Rhys Williams saw the boys home in a game which featured Aaron Ramsey and Darcy Blake of City plus ex-City man Joe Jacobsen as skipper. Another Cardiff prospect, 17 yr old Jon Brown, featured on the bench.

What makes Wales U21 achievements all the more remarkable are the sheer number of players who are with the full squad instead, players such as Joe Ledley, Chris Gunter, Wayne Hennessey, Lewin Nyatnaga and Neal Eardley playing for the seniors.
It would be incredible to see Wales in the finals but destiny is theirs. Next game is in Bosnia on March 26.
