For the 3rd time in 4 months, Cardiff City boss Dave Jones is on the shortlist of 4 for the Championship's Manager of the Month.
Jones and City have been going about their business quietly and effectively this season but when DJ got recognition with the October Manager of the Month award, it brought the stereotyped poison challice with it as City had a major slump in November losing 3 of the obnly 4 league games they've lost all season in that month.
Jones was also in the frame for Decemember and was narrowly pipped by Reading's Steve Coppell but with City also unbeaten in January and drawing with Arsenal in the F.A. Cup, Jones has been named as a candidate along with Swansea's Roberto Martinez. I think nobody will be disappointed if someone else wins it!
