INCREDIBLE NEWS as it was announced that Cardiff City have signed MICHAEL CHOPRA with the deal confirmed just 55 seconds before the transfer window closed for a potential club record fee of £4M.City have signed the player on loan for the rest of this season with Chops signing permanently for a further 3 years for £4M this summer, smashing the previous record of £1.75M for Peter Thorne. It does beg the question who are we selling this summer to pay for it should City not make the Premier League but we'll worry about that if it happens.
For City to hold onto every player in the January window and bring in Quincy, Burke and Chopra is outstanding business and ambition by the club.
