If you believe some media reports, then he may well be.
The story that Sunderland boss Roy Keane - subject of the Dexy's Midnight Runners class Oh Keano (ok, I jest) - will have multi-millions more to spend this summer to ensure Sunderland continue to consolidate and hopefully avoid flirting with the Premiership drop again.
Inveitably, players will come and go and it seems inevitable one he will look to shift will be our 'Chops' who did start more than half of Sunderland's league games (21) but found himself used out of position in midfield or even wide right many times and did score some important goals but only got 6 overall. His disciplinary record is as good as ever - he still managed 7 cards - what's the odds many of those were as needless as the ones he got with City?
Not sure if it will be a problem persuading Chopra to drop back to the Championship or come to Cardiff but price is nearly always a hurdle these days for a club who haven't spent a penny in transfer fees in almost 18 months.
City sold Chops for £5M but it is believed they could get him back for half that price - a figure which may well tempt others - but can we really afford that? According to media, Aaron Ramsey's sale to Man United (it won't go away, will it?) will pave the way to make it possible.
Once we get the Cup Final out of the way, I got a funny feeling there could be some huge movement in and out as City will want to lose some players and seem set to be hit with offers for others like Ramsey, Ledley, Johnson, Loovens, McNaughton to name a few.
Let enjoy the Cup Final for now and deal with this next week.
