Y Viva El Wolves

While Cardiff City have been licking thweir wounds after Monday night's thrashing at Arsenal in the F.A. Cup - no bad thing to get that distraction out of the way when they're pushing for the Premiership - next opponenents, Championship leaders Wolves are away warm weather training in Spain.

It is an attempt by Wolves boss Mick McCarthy to settle his squad down and get them re-focussed as the one time runaway leaders have been pulled back to the pack with just 1 win in 9 Championship outings, a run that sees them 9 points ahead of City but The Bluebirds have 3 games in hand as they are, games in hand won, right in the mix.

McCarthy has admitted to his side having an air of desperation about them recently and that they are clearly feeling the pressure.

On his Spanish break, McCarthy said, ""I think it will do them good to spend a bit of time with each other and to be able to train in a bit of warm weather and not on a frozen pitch with bobble hats and gloves and four or five different layers on.

Someone tell the muppet we're enjoying unseasonably warm double digit temperatures!

Cardiff City visit Wolves this Sunday lunchtime = C'Mon City!!!
