It's St. David's Day, the national patron Saint of Wales, this Sunday (March 1st) and it's heartening that a St. David's Day Parade has started in Cardiff for an event the country talks about but pays scant attention to in general.
Why not watch it from Cardiff City Hall to the Welsh Assembly from midday this Sunday?
