This morning's News of the World alleges an explosive bust up took place on Friday at Cardiff City's training ground in front of the players between Dave Jones and John Toshack which resulted in the Wales manager being thrown off the site with some industrial Dave Jones abuse. More like a Clash of the Egos.

The paper also alleges Paul Parry's problem with Toshack and Wales last week started when he skipped training on Wednesday to attend a baby scan.

However the showdown between club and national boss came when Toshack seethed at Dave Jones' reported comments in the newspaper - which this blog also believes went too far and unecessary - and called on him to discuss them. The meeting apparently lasted less than 60 seconds.

Just when you think the Parry affair will die down, there's another twist. More will inevitably follow.
