Dave Jones has shrugged his shoulders and been a little sarcastic (just for a change eh?) following the reaction to Cardiff City's inept performance and defeat at Swansea in the Carling Cup while looking ahead to tomorrow's tough Championship home clash with Birmingham.
The problem is, whether Jones wishes to remain in denial or not, is that the summer signings do not appear to have improved City at all, the team haven't been playing well and being unbeaten in the league is one thing but when your only victories are against teams in 22nd and bottom while goals are in shorter supply than mortgages, the overall prognosis is not promising.
Jones also gives his thoughts on American loan from Fulham, Eddie Johnson - whose 2 Carling Cup performances for City will rank amongst the worst ever seen by a Bluebirds striker.
