Coldplay vs Metal Axers

I'm loving the debate, argument and possible legal battle as Joe Satriani complains that Chris Martin and the Coldplay boys title track of their latest "elpee" Viva La Vida is a rip-off of a track of his from 20 years ago.

You can't deny they are strikingly similar but I can't believe it's anything more than complete coincidence. Have a listen for yourself and make your own judgement.
