Another step in the major evolution of Cardiff City this millennium took place yesterday as the club, together with Cardiff Blues rugby, had an official opening of their new state-of-the-art training HQ at the Vale of Glamorgan Hotel.
On;y 2 seasons ago, City were still training on any pitch if facility they could get - often organised that day if the weather was poor. When the weather wa sbad, they had nowhere to train at all which is a nonsense in this day and age and the club hoping to push for the Preimership.
The new facility is a daily meeting place for manager and players, has the best pitches, indoor gym, physio room and much more.
