If you've seen Reading at home on tv recently, you'll have noticed their pitch is, to put it mildly, a bit of a mess.
The recent poor weather plus 4 rugby and football games in 8 days have taken their toll and left the Madejski Stadium surface in its worst state, arguably since Reading have started playing there. If Peter Enckleman believs he has any grounds for complaint about Ninian Park's surface, he should be pleased he's not there instead!
