Ipswich keen on Keane

NOT THEM ....

....

HIM!
No sooner than Jim Magilton being scaked, Ipswich Town are believed to have dropped hints that they wish Roy Keane to be their new boss.

Keane left Premiership Sunderland last December a disillusioned man and having to appeared to have lost the managerial plot but it's easy to see what the attraction of him may be.

If The Tractor Boys really do want him, it appears they are yet to make any approach with Keane's lawyer declaring that he knows nothing about it.

All that suggests there is no possibility that we will be in the dugout facing Cardiff City this Saturday in Ninian Park's last ever league game. It is believed the exotic name of coach Bryan Klug will be in temporary charge for them as City bid to confirm their play-off berth and sign off Ninian Park league football in style.
