City Men Grab World Cup Glory

What a 10 days for Ross McCormack. Agony as he was wrongly sent off in Cardiff City's 3-0 home reverse last Sunday week, redemption as it was overturned last week, joy as he had a full Scotland debut in a 3-0 hammering in Holland last Saturday although he was their best player and now exilheration as he was man of the match again, scored the opener and saw Scotland beat Iceland 2-1.

There's a man who should now be in prime form facing Swansea on Sunday, no doubt Peter Ridsdale will be pleased too as his value has just shot up! City midfielder Gavin Rae also came on as late sub in that game.

Forgotten Bluebird Warren Feeney followed up his goal as Northern Ireland beat Poland last weekend with another tonight and the game's winner as his country beat Slovakia 1-0.

At least someone's enjoyed their time off club duties more than Joe Ledley would have with Wales!
