There's a powerful article in today's Wales on Sunday by ex-Cardiff City starlet Christian Roberts and his battles with alcoholism.
Got to admit I'm partial to a 'good session' on the ales at times and there have been periods in my life when I drank too much alcohol but every time I read an alcoholic's story, it makes me realise I was pretty normal and healthy by comparison.
