CARDIFF CITY LEGEND EDWARDS PASSES AWAY

A Bluebirds legend, George Edwards, has passed away at the age of 87. He was uniquely both a player and director for Cardiff City whom, I'm fairly sure, appeared on the pitch just a few weeks ago as the club introduce former stars with this being the final year of Ninian Park life.

Sad to hear but a good life and good innings. Condolences to his friends and family. My parents knew him as he was a customer of theirs but they always talk about what a great player he was for City and how he was a true gent.

RIP George
