Ex-City Head of I.T. arrested for hacking Ridsdale's e-mail

National media are now reporting what I had heard at the time but couldn't report.

Berwyn Jay who was sacked at the club's Head of I.T. late last year after admitting to selling stories to News of the World has been arrested by police 'on suspicion of unlawfully procuring data under the data protection act.’. This follows News of the World's expose last Sunday week of Cardiff's tax problem, payment failures and general financial chaos at the club.

There are rumours that Jay was also passing the info to other key people as well as the newspaper so the audit trail is likely to have been easy if true.

As Head of I.T., I wonder if Berywn set up Ridder's hotmail account and password??? Regardless. after already sacking him for leaking insider stories to NotW, Ridsdale and City are shown to be pretty stupid for not reviewing and changing their I.T. security.
