After Sunday's rumours and yesterday's "he is/he isn't" coming rumours, confirmation came this afternoon that *ex-Premiership star (a compulsory comment when Cardiff sign anyone who ever played there), 
ex-England international (less said about that, the better) and World Cup player (that's the best claim) Trevor Sinclair signed a 1 year deal and immediately flew to Portugal to join the squad at their Lisbon training camp.
OK, he's another freebie, he doesn't set the pulses racing, he's old (at 34), he's had recent injuries and he was part of a rubbish Man City side last season but, as with all signings so far, Dave Jones has potentially been very canny in adding experience and quality which is improving squad strength and quality. Hoping we see the benefits of that.
